Services We Provide
Ground-Up Commercial Construction Complete electrical scope for new commercial and industrial facilities, from temporary power during construction through final inspection and certificate of occupancy. We handle service entrance coordination with PECO, primary distribution, panel schedules, branch circuit wiring, lighting, and all special systems rough-in. We work from your electrical drawings or collaborate with your engineer of record to develop the scope if drawings are in progress.
Tenant Build-Outs & Interior Fit-Outs Retail spaces, office suites, medical and dental offices, restaurants, and light industrial tenant spaces in existing buildings. We pick up from the building's electrical distribution system, install the tenant distribution panel, run all branch circuits, wire lighting and mechanical connections, and coordinate the inspection and utility sign-off. We've done enough build-outs to anticipate the issues that come up mid-project and resolve them without disrupting your schedule.
Facility Expansions & Additions Adding square footage to an existing commercial facility requires a careful assessment of the existing electrical infrastructure before a single shovel goes in the ground. We evaluate your current service capacity, determine whether a service upgrade or additional distribution panel is required, and integrate the new construction scope with the existing electrical system cleanly — no jury-rigged connections, no capacity surprises after occupancy.
