New Home Wiring Complete electrical installation for new residential construction. We handle load calculations, panel sizing, all rough-in wiring, and finish work — pulling every permit and scheduling every inspection along the way. We size your panel for the home you're building and the one you might want in five years, so you're not calling us back to add a subpanel for the EV charger you didn't know you'd want.
Home Additions & Room Conversions Adding square footage means adding electrical capacity. We extend your existing panel or install a subpanel to feed the new space, run all required circuits, and ensure the addition meets current NEC code — even when the rest of the house was wired to a different standard. Garage conversions, in-law suites, and second-story additions are work we do regularly throughout Bucks County.
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels Kitchens and bathrooms have more code requirements per square foot than anywhere else in the house. Dedicated circuits for refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and countertop appliances. GFCI protection at every wet location. Exhaust fan wiring, under-cabinet lighting circuits, and the dedicated 240V circuit if you're upgrading to an electric range. Basement Finishing Finishing a basement means turning unfinished space into livable square footage — and unfinished electrical into code-compliant circuits. We run new circuits from the main panel, install recessed lighting, add outlets on proper spacing, wire for home theater or bar areas if needed, and ensure smoke and CO detector placement meets Pennsylvania requirements.
Detached Structures Workshops, barns, she-sheds, and detached garages need their own subpanel and a proper underground feed from the main house. We size the subpanel for the intended use — a basic workshop needs very different capacity than one running a table saw, dust collector, and air compressor simultaneously — and install weatherproof outdoor outlets and lighting as needed.
